One memory operation is one bounded call to remember, recall, agent context, reflect, learn, upsert, forget, audit, or compact. Cache hits count as 0.25 operation, cache misses or refreshes count as 1 operation.

Large payload and fan-out rules

Large payloads add 1 operation per additional 4 KB. Scope fan-out includes the first 5 scopes, then adds 0.2 operation per extra scope.

Credits and discounts

Discount codes reduce subscription price through Stripe promotion codes. Credit codes add Neutron usage credits for metered overage. Larger prepaid annual commits can unlock balloon discounts.
